Refund policy

If your report has not been generated within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund in full — no questions asked.

Because the Life Map report is a digital product generated and delivered instantly, reports that have been generated are non-refundable.

Duplicate purchases made in error are refunded on request, provided the report has not been generated yet.

How to request a refund

Use the contact details on the Support page and include the email address used at checkout and your order reference from the receipt.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
